Directory purpose

PSPDex provides general information and comparison tools for researching payment providers. It is not a payment processor, acquiring bank, broker, financial adviser, legal adviser, or party to any agreement you enter with a listed provider.

No guarantee of accuracy or approval

We aim to keep listings useful and current, but pricing, eligibility, features, ratings, and policies can change. PSPDex does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, approval, pricing, availability, service quality, or any particular result. Confirm material terms directly with the provider.

Quote requests

Submitting a request does not create a contract with PSPDex or guarantee a response or offer. You confirm that submitted details are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them. A provider may conduct its own underwriting, identity checks, and due diligence.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or third-party information without authorization.
• Do not copy or republish substantial parts of the directory without permission.

Third-party services

Links and listings are provided for convenience. PSPDex does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their websites, products, decisions, contracts, security, or conduct. Your relationship with a provider is governed by that provider's terms.

Intellectual property

PSPDex content, branding, layout, and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSPDex is not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, use of third-party services, provider decisions, interruptions, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as PSPDex changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
