AgentaOS (run by Aristokrates OU in Tallinn, Estonia) combines a merchant of record for AI founders with an agent payments rail in one account. As merchant of record it is the legal seller of your product: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout, subscriptions, VAT handled across 135+ tax jurisdictions, invoices and chargebacks handled, and payouts in EUR or USD twice a month to your bank (about 85 payout countries) or in USDC or EURC to a wallet you control. No company is needed to start; sellers offer software, courses, digital products and IT services, and services are approved before they go live. Its Agent Payments add-on puts x402 on your API or checkout: every checkout generates a normal checkout URL for humans and an x402 URL so AI agents can buy programmatically in digital dollars that settle in seconds, at a flat 1%, paid out in EUR alongside card revenue. Agent wallets (Guardian) give AI agents their own on-chain USDC or EURC wallets with sub-accounts, spending policies and limits enforced on every transaction; the agent wallet is currently in private preview and available on request. A TypeScript SDK (@agentaos/pay) and a CLI let AI coding agents install, sign in and operate the account without the dashboard.
Pricing
Merchant of record pricing is published: pay as you go card sales 4.5% + EUR 0.50, bank transfer 1.5%, no monthly fee; cards issued outside the EEA add 1.5% on pay as you go. Pro is EUR 49/mo with card at 4.0% + EUR 0.40 and bank transfer 1.0%. Each payout carries a 1% payout fee (minimum EUR 1 or $1). Agent Payments (x402) cost a flat 1% and settle in seconds. No setup costs.
