RiskPay is an anonymous, no-KYC payment-link API. Customers pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH or SEPA through 17 routed providers (MoonPay, Banxa, Simplex, Transak, Ramp, PayPal, Stripe and others); merchants are settled instantly in USDC on Polygon. Two GET calls create the wallet and redirect to payment processing (iframes are banned); payment confirmation arrives via a GET callback carrying value_coin. The default service fee is 12% of the payout. There are no API keys or authentication, the docs are thin (no error codes, no status endpoint), and the operator is anonymous, so counterparty risk applies.
